These updates encompass the remarkable achievements of the 2023 ElevateHER® cohort, and the eagerly anticipated launch of applications for the 2024 cohort and the 2024 ElevateHER® Symposium.
Celebrating the 2023 ElevateHER® Cohort's Success
The 2023 ElevateHER® cohort culminated their program with a Sustainable AEC Workforce Solutions presentation on the main stage at Zweig Group's ElevateAEC Conference in Frisco, Texas in late September.

The Many Ways to Join the Movement
Applications are now open for the 2024 ElevateHER® cohort. AEC professionals who share our vision for a sustainable AEC workforce, regardless of age, experience, gender, sexual orientation, or job role, are encouraged to apply. Each ElevateHER® cohort represents a special task force comprising up to 40 individuals from across the nation, spanning various disciplines and organizational roles. Working collaboratively in specific project teams, the cohort breaks down this industry-wide crisis into manageable areas of focus to create tangible solutions.
The 2024 ElevateHER® Symposium is scheduled to take place on March 6, 2024, in Irving, Texas. This annual Symposium brings bold and powerful panel discussions, DEI-focused keynote presentations, and select presentations from past ElevateHER® cohorts – updates on their research findings and team projects – to an engaged audience. Anyone interested in ElevateHER® and the mission, but might not be ready to commit to a year-long program, should attend.
